Teaching Studio

I teach private piano lessons to students of all ages and provide individualized lessons which are customized to suit each student's goals and interests. I am well versed in the music training system of the Royal Conservatory of Music and Yamaha Music School. I provide my students with a well rounded music education which go beyond the walls of the music room. My lessons include improvisation, composition, musical literacy, music history, aural training, technique and repertoire (a variety of genres).

I ensure that enjoyment and inspiration is at the core of our lessons. I incorporate movement games, singing and take home activities for younger students. Exploring cultural diversity in music by listening to recordings, attending live performances and experiencing music in various settings are introduced with older students. Giving students the opportunity to expand their knowledge from various perspectives help to develop informed and confident musicians.

As a piano teacher I aim to help students reach their maximum potential and fulfill their personal goals. Establishing a supportive environment fosters creative expression and pushing of boundaries.
